To avoid any doubt, the User acknowledges and agrees that the rules, requirements, restrictions, and compliance obligations governing the use of the Company's SDK are set forth in the Acceptable Use Policy applicable to Partner-developers (the "Partner-developer AUP"), which forms an integral part of the relevant Partner Agreement.
02Users Obligations
2.1. The User shall:
2.1.1. comply with this Use Policy, the Terms of Use, any applicable Partnership Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations;
2.1.2. not engage in any activity that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or may interfere with the proper operation, security, availability, or integrity of the Website, Services, or related systems;
2.1.3. be solely responsible for its activities conducted through or in connection with the Website and Services;
2.1.4. provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when communicating with the Company, submitting inquiries, participating in onboarding procedures, or undergoing compliance verification;
2.1.5. cooperate in good faith with any identity verification, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, or compliance procedures required by the Company or its service providers;
2.1.6. use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to any materials, information, or resources made available by the Company and promptly notify the Company of any known or suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security incident;
2.1.7. not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity, or provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
2.1.8. not use the Website or Services to engage in spam, phishing, fraudulent schemes, deceptive practices, unlawful advertising, or other unethical or unlawful activities;

03Restricted Activities and Content
3.1. The Company takes and will take firm action against any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant use of the Website, Services, or any materials made available by the Company and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
3.2. Any use of the Website, Services, SDK components, or related materials for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, prohibited, or abusive activities is strictly prohibited and may be investigated by the Company.
3.3. In addition to the obligations set forth in the Terms of Use and any applicable Partnership Agreement, the User shall not, and shall not assist, encourage, or enable any third party to:
3.3.1. use the Website, Services, or any materials provided by the Company for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, sanction, or third-party right;
3.3.2. sell, sublicense, distribute, transfer, lease, make available, or otherwise provide access to any non-public materials, documentation, or information received from the Company without the Company's prior written consent;
3.3.3. upload, transmit, distribute, develop, deploy, or otherwise make available any viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, malicious code, or other harmful technologies intended to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any software, hardware, network, system, the Website, Services, third-party systems, or telecommunications infrastructure;
3.3.4. interfere with, cause damage to, disrupt, compromise, test, probe, or attempt to circumvent the security, integrity, availability, or proper operation of the Website, Services, network or any related systems;

3.3.8.1. engaging in, facilitating, or promoting activities involving fraud, theft, money laundering, corruption, bribery, financial crimes, cybercrime, or any other unlawful conduct;
3.3.8.2. using the Website, Services, or any materials provided by the Company in connection with any activity prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, sanctions programs, or governmental restrictions;
3.3.8.3. conducting business with, providing services to, or otherwise supporting individuals, entities, organizations, or jurisdictions subject to applicable economic sanctions, export control restrictions, or similar regulatory measures;
3.3.8.4. collecting, disclosing, distributing, selling, publishing, or otherwise making available personal data, confidential information, authentication credentials, payment information, or other sensitive information without a valid legal basis or authorization;

3.3.9.1.4. content related to human trafficking, exploitation, forced labour, or other violations of human rights;

3.3.9.2. The User shall not use the Website, Services, or any related materials to promote, facilitate, support, distribute, or otherwise engage in the sale, transfer, distribution, or commercialization of goods, services, or activities prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to:
3.3.9.2.1. counterfeit currency, forged financial instruments, or fraudulent payment methods;
3.3.9.2.2. hazardous, toxic, or illegally disposed waste and materials;
3.3.9.2.3. endangered species of animals, birds, plants, wildlife products, or derivatives thereof in violation of applicable law or international treaties;

3.3.15. The User shall not use the Website, Services, or any materials made available by the Company to develop, operate, support, or enhance a product, service, platform, or business that competes with the Company, nor assist any third party in doing so.

04Prohibited Sources
4.1. The User shall not use the Website, Services, or any materials provided by the Company in connection with accessing, targeting, or routing traffic to the activities involving:

4.1.2. governmental, municipal, diplomatic, customs, immigration, tax, law enforcement, regulatory, or public administration systems, platforms, or websites;

4.1.6. educational institution systems, student information systems, or similar educational platforms.
4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions apply irrespective of the relevant domain name, jurisdiction, geographic location, or method of access.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, terminate, or otherwise limit access to the Website, Services, or related materials where activities involving the foregoing prohibited categories are detected or reasonably suspected.
05Violation Measures

To avoid any doubt, "monitor compliance" means that the Company may collect, review, and analyze technical, operational, and security-related information, including connection logs, IP addresses, authentication records, usage statistics, network performance metrics, abuse reports, and other metadata reasonably necessary to detect, investigate, prevent, or mitigate fraud, security incidents, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
5.2. Except where required by law, a court order, or a valid request from a competent authority, the Company may disclose information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
5.3. Where the Company reasonably determines that a User has violated this Use Policy, the Terms of Use, a Partnership Agreement, or applicable law, the Company may investigate the relevant circumstances and take appropriate action depending on the nature, severity, frequency, and potential impact of the violation.

If User violates this Use Policy, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, their annexes, appendices, or any other document on the Website published by Us, or any applicable law, or engages in any prohibited activity affecting the Website, the Services, or the Company's intellectual property, the Company reserves the right to initiate arbitration or judicial proceedings, seek injunctive relief, and report suspected unlawful conduct to competent regulatory, administrative, or law enforcement authorities.

5.6.1.2. the User is in breach of this Use Policy, the Agreement, or applicable law;
5.6.1.3. the User fails to provide accurate, complete, or up-to-date information;
5.6.1.4. the User fails to cooperate with or successfully complete any applicable KYC, AML, sanctions screening, compliance, or verification procedures;
5.6.1.5. the Company reasonably believes that the User's activities may expose the Company to legal, regulatory, operational, reputational, or commercial risks or otherwise harm the Company's legitimate interests.
5.6.2. Where reasonably practicable, the Company may provide notice describing the nature of the violation and, where appropriate, an opportunity to remedy the violation before taking restrictive measures.
5.6.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may immediately restrict, suspend, terminate, or otherwise limit access to the Website, Services, or related materials without prior notice where the Company reasonably determines that the violation is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, poses a security risk, involves sanctions violations, cybersecurity threats, or may otherwise cause material harm to the Company, its Partner-developers, business partners, or third parties.

07Miscellaneous
7.1. Application of this Use Policy. This Use Policy applies to the Website. Once redirected to another websites this Use Policy is no longer applicable.
7.2. Acceptance of this Use Policy. We assume that all Users have carefully read this document and agree to its content. If one does not agree with this Use Policy, they should not use this Website.
7.3. Language. The English language version of this Use Policy is the prevailing version to any other possible version.
7.4. Severability.
